Welcome to FAHAM, the official mobile application provided by the University of Sialkot (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using FAHAM (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility

Only authorized students, faculty, and staff of the University of Sialkot may use this App. By using FAHAM, you confirm that you are either a student, faculty member, or staff affiliated with the University of Sialkot.

1.2 User Responsibility

You agree to use the App only for purposes related to your academic or administrative duties at the University of Sialkot. You will not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2. User Content and Data Privacy

2.1 Data Collection and Use

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the University of Sialkot may collect, process, and store your data for educational and administrative purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.2 User Content

Any content you post, upload, or share through the App remains your property, but you grant the University of Sialkot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify such content for purposes related to university administration and education.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and logos, are owned by or licensed to the University of Sialkot.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written permission.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon any third-party rights.
• Post or share inappropriate, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to University of Sialkot’s systems.

5. Termination of Use

The University of Sialkot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at its discretion if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

The University of Sialkot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. Your use of FAHAM is at your sole risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

The University of Sialkot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan.
